Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

Returns must not be sent back to our company address or manufacturer.
All returns are processed exclusively through our international logistics center (warehouse partner).
The correct return address will be communicated after your return request is validated.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted for:

Items not in their original condition

Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected at our logistics center, you will receive an email confirming:

If approved, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

The exchange instructions and return warehouse address will be provided after approval.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return once the item is processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
