Shipping Policy – Dentalis

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery of your package.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times to Canada are typically 8 to 12 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, or logistical delays. During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to 14 business days.


Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.

Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Dentalis cannot be held responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned or delivery fails because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees for reshipment.


Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package after several attempts, the package may be:

  • returned to the sender

  • held by the carrier

  • disposed of according to the carrier's policies

Dentalis is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost during transit, please contact our support team.

We will do our best to assist you and communicate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


Packages Marked as Delivered

If the tracking status shows that the package has been successfully delivered, Dentalis cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Customers are encouraged to check with:

  • household members

  • neighbors

  • building management

  • local post office

before opening a claim.
